Loading Market Status
This page answers one question clearly: is the stock market open today for the selected country and exchange. It shows live session state, exchange-local date and time, and regular trading hours in one place.
If the market is closed, the reason is shown directly on the status card, including holiday names where available. That helps you quickly distinguish between holidays, non-trading days, pre-open time, and post-close time.
Use the country selector to switch exchanges and compare open/closed states before planning entries, exits, or order timing.
Top tracked country exchanges. Click any card to switch status to that country instantly.
Common search patterns users use to find market timings and current session state.
Complete coverage list of currently available country and primary exchange combinations.
Each status check uses exchange-local session start and close times.
Exchange holiday dates are applied before normal session logic.
When closed, reason can be holiday, non-trading day, pre-open, or post-close.
Exchange-local datetime is shown on card for quick verification.
Pick your country from the selector. The status card then evaluates the selected exchange using its local timezone, active trading weekdays, session timings, and exchange holiday calendar. You instantly see OPEN NOW, CLOSED NOW, or HOLIDAY with a short reason and the current exchange-local datetime.
Weekday does not always mean tradable session is active. The exchange may still be before open, already past close, or observing a full-day holiday. The reason label clarifies which condition triggered the closed state so you do not have to guess.
Both are visible. Browser local time appears in the top-right utility area, while exchange-local datetime appears inside the status card. Status decisions always follow exchange local time, which is what matters for actual session activity.
HOLIDAY means the selected exchange is closed for a scheduled full-day holiday. When holiday names are available in the market calendar, the exact holiday name is shown in the reason area so you can confirm the closure context quickly.
The status is recalculated continuously on-page and updates immediately when you switch countries. This keeps the displayed session state aligned with current exchange time without manual reloads.

Yes. After selecting a market, the URL includes that country code. Sharing the link opens the page with the same country selected so others can verify the same exchange status directly.
Short network delays can happen while exchange data loads. The selected country and exchange header appears first, then status and reason finalize as soon as data arrives. If needed, switch market once to trigger a fresh read for that selection.
